Return & Refund Policy

Please review our return, refund and equipment booking terms carefully before placing an order.

    No refunds on purchased products

    Refunds are not issued on any products purchased from I.N.T Aesthetic / Derma 2.0®.

    Defective product exchanges

    Verified defective products may be exchanged. Defects must be confirmed by our team.

    Reporting damage or missing items

    Damage or missing items must be reported within two hours of delivery.

    Derma 2.0® returns

    Derma 2.0® products are not returnable unless a defect or damage is reported on the same day of delivery.

    Training on request

    Training for Derma 2.0® products is available upon request.

  • 06

    Equipment booking deposit

    An 80% deposit is required to confirm a laser or beauty equipment booking and training.

  • 07

    Remaining balance

    The remaining 20% is due on the day of training.

  • 08

    Restock lead time

    Some equipment may require approximately 20 working days or longer for restocking due to customs delays.
